If you’ve ever been at an event and wanted a more efficient way to capture the information coming at you, you’ll love today’s guest. Mike Rohde is the author of the Sketchnote Handbook, and we’re talking a bit today about sketchnotes, what they are, how to get started, and why they might be more useful to you than regular text-based notetaking.

This may seem like an odd choice for a minimalism podcast, but I think Mike’s approach to information processing is very simple and efficient – far more so than the myriad approaches I’d been taught throughout my public-school education. And simplicity and efficiency are at the core of minimalism, right?
