Hello! Thanks for clicking through!
My name is Robert Wall (that’s cartoon-me over on the right!), a packrat-turned-minimalist with a huge interest in helping other people get their clutter under control. I run this blog, do private coaching, operate a few social media accounts, and even moderate a private Facebook group.
That’s a lot to take in at once, so here’s the lowdown on each of those areas:
The Blog
The blog features new articles about decluttering and the simple mindset every few weeks. These are usually relatively quick reads, between 500 and 1000 words. The homepage always features my latest post, and you can sign up for updates via email below.
My Twitter account features decluttering tips and inspirational quotes several times per day. I try to read all @ replies, so you’re welcome to message me there!
Facebook Page
The blog has a Facebook page that features notifications of new posts, inspirational graphics, and other occasional social media shares. Feel free to follow it there.
Facebook Discussion Group
This is my favorite social channel. I run a Facebook discussion group where like-minded people can talk and ask questions about decluttering, simplifying, minimizing, and other related topics. It’s a closed group, which means you have to ask and be approved to join (hint: pretty much everybody is approved!).
It being a closed group means that if you’re frustrated with (for example) your mother-in-law constantly trying to flood your life with hand-me-downs while you’re trying to get your clutter under control, you can post your question (or vent your frustration!) to the group and it won’t pop up on your mother-in-law’s Facebook feed. That is, unless she’s also a member of the group – which would be highly unlikely!
Private Coaching
I also do a limited amount of one-on-one decluttering / simplicity coaching. This is usually focused on helping you understand the things that are holding you back, and working on ways to make incremental changes that will build on one another to get you where you need to go.
